The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference, including without limitation the Privacy Policy (collectively, these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of www.nocojewelry.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through this website (the "Site").

SITE TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The Contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of the Site and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms of Use. You may share content from the Site with the use of the social media links (i.e. “Share:” “Pin It” and “Tweet”) provided on our Site. You may also share content from the Site via email through the use of our Email a Friend link. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or NoCo Jewelry. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. NoCo Jewelry also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in NoCo Jewelry’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

WAIVER

NoCo Jewelry’s failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of NoCo Jewelry’s right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any other provision of this Agreement, nor will any delay or omission on the part of NoCo Jewelry to exercise or take advantage of any right or remedy that NoCo Jewelry has or may have hereunder, operate as a waiver of any right or remedy.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion hereof shall remain in full force and effect and such a provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties and shall be reformed to the extent necessary to make such provisions valid and enforceable.
